Kylian Mbappe has moved into Gareth Bale’s former $12 million mansion with golf facilities in the La Finca area of Madrid.
Kylian Mbappe has splashed out $12 million on the lavish property located in the wealthy La Finca neighbourhood, just 13 km from Madrid’s bustling heart.

The property went on the market back in June 2022 when Gareth Bale headed off to America for a spell with Los Angeles Football Club.

The sprawling Madrid property has plenty of room with eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, expansive terraces, a cinema room, a swimming pool, and a six-car garage. But the hidden gem is outside. Yes, there is a football pitch, but there is also a golf practice area with iconic holes from courses around the world, created for Bale’s passion for the sport.
The local fans were not in support of Gareth Bale’s passion for golf as they thought it detracted him from scoring for the club.
The real estate agent listing the property said, “It is a new way of life for all those who seek, above all, exclusivity, tranquillity, confidentiality, and, above all, security. This concept is the key to satisfying the needs of such distinguished clients who seek discretion and independence. Though we’ve never listed a property with golf facilities like this before.”

It’s been reported that Mbappe has swapped his sprawling $9 million Parisian mansion, which boasted an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower, for the more secluded compound north of Madrid. Indeed, he’s not alone in choosing the elite area; football greats such as Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Zinedine Zidane have made La Finca their home.
