Kai Trump, the 17-year-old granddaughter of US President Donald Trump, has signed an endorsement deal with golf equipment giant TaylorMade. The rising star announced the partnership on Instagram, sharing her excitement with a short video message:
“What’s up, guys? Kai Trump and I’m officially partnered with Team TaylorMade.”
Accompanying the video, which was also posted on X by NUCLRGOLF, she wrote: “I’m proud to officially be joining Team TaylorMade! This has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid and I can’t wait for the journey ahead. Excited to see what we can accomplish together in the future!”
The teenager, however, is not simply riding the coattails of her famous surname. A talented golfer in her own right, Kai attends The Benjamin School in Florida, where she has already captured a district championship title. She has also committed to playing collegiate golf at the University of Miami in 2026.

Elite Access
Having picked up a club at the age of two, Kai has benefitted from access to some of the finest golf courses in the world—those owned by her grandfather. In a previous Instagram post announcing her college commitment, she acknowledged his influence, writing: “I would like to thank my Grandpa for giving me access to great courses and tremendous support.”
Donald Trump, himself a well-known golf enthusiast and owner of multiple championship venues, spoke proudly of his granddaughter’s achievement: “Kai has worked incredibly hard on her game, and she’s got a beautiful swing—better than most pros I’ve seen! She loves the game, and I always knew she was destined for big things in golf. TaylorMade is very lucky to have her.”

Teeing Up With The Stars
Kai is no stranger to rubbing shoulders with the biggest names in the sport. She played alongside her grandfather in the pro-am at the 2022 LIV Golf Team Championship at Trump National Doral and most recently teed it up with Rory McIlroy in the pro-am ahead of this week’s Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines.
Away from competition, Kai has also become a social media sensation, drawing a massive following through her golf-related content. She has appeared in challenge matches on YouTube with golf influencers Grant Horvat and Garrett Clark. In November, she launched her own YouTube channel, charting her journey in the sport, which has since amassed over a million subscribers.
Proud President & Grand Father
Donald Trump added: “She’s not only a great golfer but an incredible personality. People love her energy, and she’s going to inspire a whole new generation of young golfers.”
With a combination of talent, opportunity, and a growing presence in the media landscape, Kai Trump’s future in golf looks bright. And with TaylorMade backing her ambitions, she is certainly one to watch.
