Bishop and Hill get creative during practice lockdown

In accordance with the government guidelines, juniors golfers under the age of 18 are not allowed to be on the premises of golf clubs across the UAE. So how do our future prospects across the region keep loose and hit balls during this COVID-19 pandemic? Let’s have a look:

Josh Hill and Toby Bishop aren’t letting this outbreak stop them from grinding. Both young players have found the perfect place to practice. Although it may not have all the luxurious amenities of a golf club, there’s plenty of space to use any club in the bag as well as plenty of terrain on which to master your bunker play… need any more clues?

You may have guessed it correctly, the boys have headed out to the desert to keep their swings in shape!

Another decent practice in the desert this morning….tests the ball striking and calms the mental games one plays with social distancing!

This is one way to deal with social distancing – fresh air, miles away from anybody, working on your game. It’s a win-win situation.
