Dubai-born golfer Rayhan Thomas is set to tee it up at Foxhills for the Asian Tour’s International Series England event in August.
The 24-year-old waved goodbye to his amateur career a few months ago, and has enjoyed a positive start to life as a professional.
Thomas recently teed it up in Morocco at the International Series event and finished in a share of eighth place, six shots behind eventual winner Ben Campbell.
Now, he’s set to play once more on the Asian after receiving an invite to play at the upcoming event at Foxhills.
The tournament is set to take place on 8-11 August with the competition having a US$2,000,000 prize fund.
“It means a lot to be invited to the International Series events,” Thomas told Worldwide Golf. “They are great events to play at.
“It means a lot to me that the Asian Tour would invite me back to play. I look forward to playing at Foxhills, I’ve heard it’s a great golf course in a really nice part of England.
“These events have really allowed me to compete against some of the best players in the world and I look forward to competing more and more on the Asian Tour.”
Thomas has also played on the Korn Ferry Tour this year, finishing T-68 at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Wichita Open.
