The DP World Tour has confirmed a historic extension of its long-standing partnership with DP World, solidifying a shared ambition to grow the game globally. Under the renewed agreement – the largest in the Tour’s history – DP World will remain both Title Partner and Official Logistics Partner until 2035, strengthening a relationship that continues to shape the future of professional golf.
The original partnership, launched in 2022, saw the European Tour become the DP World Tour and ushered in a new era of global expansion. With 42 tournaments in 26 countries this season, record prize funds, and rapidly rising fan engagement, the DP World Tour has become more international, more connected, and more accessible than ever before.
A Partnership Powering the Tour’s Global Growth
DP World Tour CEO Guy Kinnings hailed the renewed commitment as a “tremendous success story,” highlighting the growth the partnership has delivered. “The first stage of our landmark Title Partner relationship has been focused on raising awareness of the DP World brand and building a strong pipeline of new business leads,” he said. “Over the past four years that has been a tremendous success. The partnership has evolved, and DP World’s supply chain expertise has become integral to delivering our global tournament schedule. Their decision to invest for another decade shows the DP World Tour is going from strength to strength.”
DP World’s Group Deputy CEO & CFO, Yuvraj Narayan, emphasised the company’s vision for long-term sustainability and global impact. “Our partnership with the DP World Tour reflects how sport can connect markets and communities, just as we do through global trade,” he said. “This investment demonstrates our belief in the Tour’s future and our commitment to making golf more inclusive and sustainable. New events such as the DP World India Championship show how we are supporting the game’s growth for the long term.”
Deepening Global Impact and Expanding the Tour’s Reach
As part of the agreement, DP World will continue as Title Partner of the season-ending DP World Tour Championship in Dubai until 2035, while also becoming an Official Partner to 15 additional tournaments annually. The DP World India Championship will return in 2026, with ambitions to become a regular Tour fixture.
Both organisations will also expand joint programmes aimed at accessibility and inclusion, including DP World’s Second Life and Clubhouse initiatives, which repurpose shipping containers into grassroots training hubs worldwide.
DP World’s association with the Tour began in 2009 with the Race to Dubai finale. This renewed long-term agreement marks the next milestone in a partnership that continues to connect the worlds of trade, innovation and global sport.
