Chiara Noja confirmed for Aramco Team Series Singapore

Dubai resident Chiara Noja will be gunning for a second title at the Aramco Team Series presented by Public Investment Fund after the teenager was confirmed to be playing the Singapore leg later this month.

The youngster claimed her maiden victory on the Ladies European Tour at the Aramco Team Series Jeddah following a sensational play-off against Charley Hull last November.

Noja, who secured her LET playing privileges through the Ladies European Tour Access Series last year, matched the tournament low of 65 in the final round at Royal Greens Golf & Country Club to secure her place in the play-off, before back-to-back birdies on the extra hole saw her claim victory and the $75,000 first prize.

She will join a host of star names at Laguna National Golf Resort Club, including World No.1 Lydia Ko, LPGA Tour star Danielle Kang and former Aramco Team Series champions Pia Babnik and Emily Pedersen.

Noja will be looking to continue her impressive form as she looks to break into the top 100 of the Women’s World Golf Rankings for the first time. A share of 11th at the Lalla Meryem Cup follow by a tied 12th at the Saudi Ladies International has seen the German move up to 108th in the world.
