Trump Dubai’s TrackMan Virtual Golf Simulator is perfect for this summer

Trump International Golf Club Dubai’s Head Teaching Professional, Sven Nielsen, speaks exclusively to Worldwide Golf about what it’s like to be back at work and highlights why the club will prove to be a popular landing spot for people to join in the summer.

“The members have really enjoyed being back on the golf course again and it’s great to see everyone back here at the Trump, Dubai.

“You can see that a few members are struggling after a bit of time out and are hitting shots they have never seen before – so we are seeing a lot of our clients coming back for lessons and refreshers. They can clearly see that we are following all the regulations and that we provide a safe environment here at the golf club.

Summer deals

“We are trying to make sure that our members are looked after with our summer deals. We don’t want to sign too many up, so the balance remains correct but the summer deals we have are very attractive and have proved popular so far.

Par 3 pleasure

“Having the Par 3 course as part of the packages this year is brilliant because it’s floodlit and is challenging for every standard of golfer. It’s longer, undulating and more difficult than usual par 3s in the region and the greens are massive. I love the Par 3 course and take a lot of my clients out there to test their approach play and short game skills. It’s a fantastic golf course.

TrackMan Range

“The TrackMan Range allows people to practice better and make the most of their time. You can see the results through this new introduction and that’s brilliant to see for all levels of golfers, especially those that often find the driving range quite tedious.

18 holes in under an hour

“The Indoor Studios are always a popular place to practice during the summer when it heats up and in our studio we have the TrackMan Virtual Golf Simulator where you can play 18 holes in under an hour on some of the best courses in the world. My personal favourite has to be St Andrews. Joost Luiten won the inaugural BMW Indoor Invitational event which was all done on TrackMan so I can see this becoming a popular way to compete with your friends over here in a safe and air-conditioned environment.”
