The new layout at AESGC saw its first sub-60 round as Gerry Madden compiled an impressive net 59 to win the 2016 Medals Final event. The tournament saw all of last year’s medal winners tee off to find a ‘Champion of Champions’ and in the gross section the Club Champion Wajahat Chaudhry emerged victorious with an excellent 73, three shots clear of Robert Horridge.
